Ingredients
- 3 slices cheese, Harz roller
- 1 handful lamb`s lettuce
- 1 handful rocket
- 2 small orange (s)
- 1 small romaine lettuce, lettuce heart
- 6 cocktail tomatoes
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cumin, whole or alternatively caraway
- salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- some onion (s), red, finely chopped
- 4 teaspoons olive oil

- First make the dressing from the juice of an orange, 4 teaspoons of olive oil, salt, pepper and cumin, crushed in a mortar. Possibly chop a small red onion very finely and add. Cut the slices of the Harz Roller into cubes and place in the marinade.
- Peel and fillet the second orange, collecting the juice. Halve the romaine lettuce lengthways, remove the stalk and then cut into very fine strips. Quarter the tomatoes, sort the rocket and chop finely. Carefully mix these ingredients in a bowl with the marinated Harz roller.
- Wash the lamb`s lettuce thoroughly and spin dry. Then arrange the lamb`s lettuce on a plate and decoratively distribute the remaining salad on top.
- The recipe is easy to prepare. You can process and marinate the whole Harz roller, then work with more marinade.
- It can be kept in the refrigerator for several days. If necessary, simply enjoy with a fresh salad.
