  • Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp
  • Soda – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cloves – 1 teaspoon

  1. Mix sugar, eggs, honey.
  2. Add sour cream. Grind until foamy.
  3. Combine with baking soda, cinnamon and cloves.
  4. Stir in sunflower oil.
  5. Set aside 1-2 tablespoons of flour to prepare the mold.

  6. Gradually add flour into the dough and grind the mixture until slightly thicker than sour cream.
  7. Preheat the oven.
  8. Grease a mold with butter and sprinkle with flour.
  9. Pour into a greased and floured dish and bake first (15 minutes) in a warm (175-180 ° C), and when the dough comes up (another 30-35 minutes) – in a hot (190-200 ° C) oven.
