Ingredients

  • 1 kg pork fillet (s)
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 4 large onion (s), diced
  • 6 peppers, colored, diced
  • 1 can pineapple, pieces
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 small Glass onion (s) (silver)
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 250 g chili sauce
  • 400 ml white wine
  • 2 cups cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Dice pork fillet and fry in oil. Braise the onions, garlic and paprika as well. Add all ingredients up to and including wine and let cook briefly. Pour in the cream and season well with the spices.
  2. Serve with a baguette.
