Do you like interesting cooking combinations? I offer you a Hawaiian meat recipe – an original version of crispy pork with sweet pineapples. This dish will become the hero of even a festive table.

Cook: 1 hour

Servings: 5

Ingredients

  • Pork – 500 Grams
  • Cheese – 50 Grams
  • Canned Pineapples – 250 Grams
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Flour – 3 Art. spoons
  • Rusks – 3 Art. spoons
  • Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
  • Pepper – 1 Pinch
  • Salt – 1 Pinch

Directions

  1.  Wash and dry the meat. Cut into thin portions (about the size of a pineapple ring).
  2. To make the Hawaiian meat at home tender and juicy, it must be beaten off by wrapping it in cling film or a plastic bag.
  3. Season each piece with salt and pepper on both sides to taste.
  4. Beat eggs with a little vegetable oil and 1 teaspoon of water.
  5. Gently roll each piece in flour.
  6. After flour, dip the meat into the egg mixture.
  7. The next layer of breading is crackers.
  8. To make the chops extremely juicy and incredibly crispy, dip them in the egg again.
  9. The final layer is again crackers.
  10. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat well. Send the chops to the fire and fry on both sides until golden brown.
  11. Grease a baking dish or baking sheet with a little oil or cover with parchment. Place ready-made chops.
  12. Drain the liquid from pineapples and let them drain well.
  13. Cover each piece of meat with a pineapple ring.
  14. Grate the cheese.
  15. Sprinkle each chop with cheese and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes. That’s the whole recipe for cooking Hawaiian meat. You can serve it with your favorite side dish and fresh vegetables.

Bon appetit!
