Ingredients

  • 60 g suar
  • 70 g hazelnuts, round
  • 100 g chocolate (dark, whole milk or white)
  • 70 g butter
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 half a vanilla pod, can also be left out
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk to the boil briefly in a saucepan, add the sugar, then turn off the flame and remove the saucepan from the stove.
  2. Finely grate the hazelnuts in a lightning chopper or with a grater. Scrape out the pulp of the vanilla pod. Now put all the ingredients in the pot and stir vigorously with a whisk for about 30 seconds.
  3. Now fill the spread into jam jars or an empty Nutella glass and let it cool down. Turn the glass upside down. After about 20 minutes, the Nutella can be put in the refrigerator so that it gets its consistency!
