Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 175 g suar, finer
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon coffee powder, instant
- 100 g hazelnuts, round
- 25 hazelnuts, whole

- Beat the egg whites with lemon juice until very stiff. Slowly pour in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Sieve the coffee powder and fold in with the ground hazelnuts.
- Use two teaspoons to put small piles of the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Decorate each with a whole hazelnut.
- Leave to dry in the oven (electric stove: 100 degrees - gas stove: level 1) for about 1.5 hours.
