  • 1 packet tartar baking powder
  • 100 g suar
  • 50 ml rapeseed oil
  • 200 ml soy milk (soy drink)

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, nuts and baking powder in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the sugar and oil until frothy and add the soy milk. Quickly stir in the flour mixture with a spoon (not an electric mixer!). Please do not stir for too long, otherwise the dough will be tough. Spread evenly in a muffin tin lined with paper liners. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
