Instructions

  1. Bring the hazelnut milk to a boil over a low temperature. Stir in the semolina with a whisk, stir again and again and cook for a few minutes until the desired consistency is reached.
  2. Fresh fruits such as raspberries or raspberry puree also taste great.
  3. The hazelnut milk makes the porridge sweet enough, and the fresh fruit also gives it a sweet note. For the very sweet: just stir in a little more sugar.
