- 550 ml milk substitute (hazelnut milk), e.g. from Alpro
- some raspberries

- Bring the hazelnut milk to a boil over a low temperature. Stir in the semolina with a whisk, stir again and again and cook for a few minutes until the desired consistency is reached.
- Fresh fruits such as raspberries or raspberry puree also taste great.
- The hazelnut milk makes the porridge sweet enough, and the fresh fruit also gives it a sweet note. For the very sweet: just stir in a little more sugar.
