  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey, approx.
  • 1 pinch anise
  • 250 grams kefir
  • Pepper, whiter
  • possibly ground coriander

Instructions

  1. Now wash and clean the carrots, then they are finely grated. Then the ingredients (without the pepper) are put into the mixer, but please only add half the amount specified by the kefir for the first mixing cycle. Now mix. As soon as everything is mixed, add the second half of the kefir and mix again vigorously.
  2. Before filling the shake into glasses, season with the pepper, depending on your taste you can also add a pinch of coriander.
  3. A light exotic drink that is also suitable as a full breakfast or as a snack between meals.
