Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon seeds, (chia seeds)
  • 100 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 100 g berries, mixed, frozen
  • 4 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 20 raspberries, fresh
  • 3 tablespoon yogurt, Greek, 10% fat

Instructions

  1. Have two glasses ready. Divide about 3 tablespoons of chia seeds into it and pour the almond milk over them. Mix a little and put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Then let the berry mixture thaw slightly in the microwave and puree.
  3. Once the seeds are set, spread a thin layer of oatmeal on top to avoid mixing with the berry puree. Then layer the puree and the Greek yogurt. Be extra careful with yoghurt, it mixes very easily with the puree and it doesn`t look so good!
  4. Put the fresh raspberries on top as a topping and the healthy dessert is ready.
