Ingredients

  • 200 g oatmeal, tender
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g almonds, round
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 100 g raisins

Instructions

  1. Put the oatmeal, sunflower seeds, ground almonds, and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Briefly heat the oil and honey (or maple syrup) in a pan over medium heat. Then pour in the oatmeal and nut mixture. Mix well and roast for another 5 minutes. Then turn the heat down, add the raisins and roast everything while stirring for another five minutes.
