  • 100 g low-fat quark
  • 125 g natural yourt or fruit yourt
  • fruits, e.g. raspberries, strawberries, mango, kiwi, etc.
  • 2 tablespoon oatmeal

Instructions

  1. Whip up low-fat quark and stir in yogurt. Layer with fresh fruits and oatmeal in a bowl. Cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy the next day.
  2. Tip: If apples and bananas are used, I would add them fresh until early.
