Healthy Toast

For fans of a healthy and low-calorie diet, I want to offer this recipe. However, such toasts can be offered even to kids who refuse to eat vegetables. Try it, it’s simple and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower – 1 Piece
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Cheese – 100 Grams
  • Salt and Pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Clean from greens, wash and divide cabbage into inflorescences. Grind it in a blender.
  2.  Place in a plate and microwave for 5-7 minutes. Then send it to a clean towel or gauze. Squeeze thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
  3. Combine grated cheese with egg, salt, spices and cauliflower. Mix everything well.
  4. Form toasts from the resulting mass, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown at 220 degrees.
