Instructions

  1. First make the tuna and herb sauce. To do this, peel off the onion and the clove of garlic, finely dice and fry in 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a high pan. Turn the heat down a little and add the pizza tomatoes. Next, add the tomato peppers and lemon juice to the pan. Now the sauce seems to be very runny, but that doesn`t matter. Gradually stir in the tomato paste and the sauce thickens. Put the tuna in the sauce, cut into fine pieces with a fork and mix in. Season with salt and pepper and refine with basil and parsley. Turn off the hotplate on which the sauce is standing. However, leave the pan on the plate.
  2. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Then simply transfer to deep plates and spread the sauce on top.
  3. Serve with freshly grated parmesan.
  4. With 2 tablespoon parmesan, the dish has 6 pts per person.
  5. A great and light meal that generally goes down well with everyone. Even my friend, who absolutely hates fish, likes this dish.
