Ingredients

  • 1 can beans, white, rinsed well
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 piece (s) celeriac, approx. 5cm long
  • 1 stick / s celery
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 0.5 ½ small olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • Broth, granulated
  • Parsley, fresh

Instructions

  1. Steam the onion in the oil until translucent. To dice tomatoes. Cut the celery (both types), carrot and potato into equal pieces. Add everything to the onions and cover well with water. Cook until everything is nice and soft.
  2. Then add 2/3 of the beans. Puree everything with the blender until it is nicely bound. Then season to taste with granulated broth, salt and pepper. Add the oregano and the rest of the beans. Heat well again until everything is the same temperature.
  3. Decorate with the parsley and serve with fresh bread.
