- 3 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 small onion (s) or shallots
- 3 banana (s)
- 3 tablespoon chives, cut into rolls

- Finely dice the onions, cut the bananas into slices or larger cubes. Mix with the sauce and let it steep for a moment.
