Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 250 g suar (if you don`t like it so sweet: 100 suar is enouh)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) iodized salt
- 200 g desiccated coconut
- 100 g oat flakes, crunchy

- Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar and salt and continue beating until the sugar crystals have dissolved. Fold in desiccated coconut and oat flakes. Place small piles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven (electric stove 140-160 degrees, gas level 1, convection 140 degrees) for about 30 minutes.
