Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 250 g suar (if you don`t like it so sweet: 100 suar is enouh)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) iodized salt
  • 200 g desiccated coconut
  • 100 g oat flakes, crunchy

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar and salt and continue beating until the sugar crystals have dissolved. Fold in desiccated coconut and oat flakes. Place small piles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven (electric stove 140-160 degrees, gas level 1, convection 140 degrees) for about 30 minutes.
