Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 750 g dumplin, ready, from the refrierated counter
  • 1 cup cream
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • cheese, grated, e.g., Emmentaler
  • Rapeseed oil
  • pepper
  • salt
  • Herbs, Italian
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • some curry

Instructions

  1. First dice the onion and fry it in the oil, dice the garlic and add it. Fry the minced meat in it until it`s well done. Roughly dice the mushrooms and fry them as well.
  2. Meanwhile, grease a baking dish with oil and thinly line the base and the edge with part of the dumpling dough.
  3. When the meat and vegetables are well done, add the cream and season with the spices. Let simmer briefly.
  4. Pour half of the mixture into the baking dish, then spread another layer of dumpling on top.
  5. Spread the cheese on the dough and then put another layer of the meat mixture on top. Finally, close the baking dish with the remaining dumpling dough, so cover it completely and sprinkle with a little cheese again.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven at approx. 200 degrees for approx. 30 minutes. I made this dish in a mini oven, so the temperature and baking time can vary, so it`s better to check again and again.
  7. Tip: You can of course also choose other types of vegetables and / or omit the minced meat to turn them into a vegetarian dish.
