Ingredients

  • 2 kohlrabi
  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 1 leek
  • 100 g bacon (pork belly), smoked
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 400 g minced meat, half and half
  • 1 ½ liter broth, strong
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 g processed cheese, cream
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon butter, or margarine
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Peel the kohlrabi and potatoes, cut into cubes of the same size. Clean the leek and cut into strips. Cook in the broth for about 10 minutes until al dente, pour into a sieve, collect the broth.
  2. Finely dice the bacon and onion, fry lightly in the fat. Add the mince and fry (not too dark). Dust the flour over it, stir and deglaze with the broth while stirring vigorously. Add the cream and simmer for 2 minutes. Dissolve the cheese in it and season well with the spices.
  3. Add the vegetables and sprinkle with parsley if you like.
