Ingredients

  • 5 medium potato (s)
  • 3 sausages (Viennese)
  • 1 large can (s) lentils, with soup greens
  • 1 packet soup greens, frozen
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 packet bacon
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Bring to a boil, just covered with water.
  2. While the potatoes are boiling, cut the onion into small cubes and fry them in the pan with the bacon cut across, then set aside.
  3. When the potatoes are soft, add the soup greens, stir briefly and then add the lentils. Then add the onion and bacon mixture and stir everything well. At the very end, add the sliced wieners and let them get hot. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. I have a very good eater at home, so the recipe is enough for two people. If there is anything left over, it will taste even better the next day.
