- 150 g onion (s)
- 150 g bacon, streaky
- 150 g Gouda, medieval
- 2 egg (s)
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg

- Peel the potatoes and onions. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Coarsely grate the potatoes, onions and cheese. Then mix the ingredients with the eggs well and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Careful with the salt, bacon and cheese are already salty.
- Now put the mixture in a baking pan or a flat ovenproof pot and bake for about 45 minutes at 180 ° C in a non-preheated oven. It`s done when it`s nice and golden brown.
