Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 4 bell peppers, red or mixed
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 small Can (s) tomato (s), or 1 large can
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon broth, instant
  • 125 ml water
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into large pieces. Peel the onions and cut them into very large pieces. Clean and chop the garlic.
  2. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Sauté paprika, onions and garlic in it for about 10 minutes, stir in tomato paste. Season with chilli depending on the degree of spiciness you want. Add canned tomatoes and minced meat (in large shreds). Add the grained stock to taste. Roughly cut the tomatoes in the saucepan with the wooden spoon and cook for another 10 minutes. If the whole thing gets too thick, add a little water.
  3. I serve rice with it.
