- 250 g potato (s)
- 575 g flour (whole wheat)
- 1 cube yeast or dry yeast
- 150 ml water, lukewarm
- 150 ml milk, lukewarm
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
- 80 g walnuts, hazelnuts or sunflower seeds

- Cook the potatoes in their skins, peel them while they are still warm and put them through the potato press. Add the flour, yeast, milk, water, salt, nuts and nutmeg and mix and knead everything well. Makes a soft dough. Now let rise in a warm place until double the amount.
