  • 2 balls / n spinach, frozen (portionable frozen)
  • 1 medium tomato (s)
  • 100 g herbal cream cheese or herbal quark
  • 1 tablespoon cheese, grated (Gouda)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Thaw the spinach balls, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste and mix with the cream cheese. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C (convection). Wash the tomato and cut into thin slices.
  2. Now put a potato pancake in a small baking dish and brush with half of the spinach and cream cheese mixture. Then put a couple of tomato slices on top. Now layer another buffer on top, then put the remaining spinach and cream cheese mixture, tomato slices again and the last buffer on top. Sprinkle with the grated Gouda cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes.
