Ingredients

  • 8 medium jacket potato (s), from the day before
  • 3 red, yellow and green bell peppers, cut into cubes
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s), cut into rings
  • 250 g mushrooms, brown, quartered
  • 2 small cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, grained
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ turmeric
  • some sour cream or sour cream
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Fry the vegetables in a little olive oil or sesame oil for about 5 minutes, then add the peeled and quartered or eighthed potatoes and fry everything for another 5 minutes. Add the spices and a dash of water and stir well. Refine with sour cream, mix everything together and season to taste.
  2. Of course, it also tastes good with chicken breast or pork.
