- 2 shallot (s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 sprigs thyme
- some olive oil
- salt and pepper

- Wash the potatoes, quarter them and spread them in a baking dish. Scatter the bacon on top. Halve the shallots unpeeled. Crack open the garlic cloves unpeeled with the knife surface and add them. Put sprigs of rosemary and thyme in between, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook at 200 ° C for at least 30 minutes in the preheated oven on the middle rack, until the corners are lightly brown. The baking time can vary depending on the thickness of the potato wedges.
- This goes well with sour cream or other herbal quark variations.
