Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes, quarter them and spread them in a baking dish. Scatter the bacon on top. Halve the shallots unpeeled. Crack open the garlic cloves unpeeled with the knife surface and add them. Put sprigs of rosemary and thyme in between, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
