  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 handful wild garlic, fresh
  • 200 g ham or huntin sausae
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • Oil, for frying as required
  • possibly nutmeg
  • possibly caraway seeds

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and grate on a coarse grater. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Likewise the ham, or alternatively also beer ham or hunting sausage. Lightly fry the ham beforehand.
  2. Wash and roughly chop the wild garlic.
  3. Put everything in a bowl and mix, then add the two eggs and thicken with the flour. Don`t forget to season with salt and pepper. If you want, you can also add nutmeg or caraway to it.
  4. Put oil in the pan and spread small heaps in the hot oil. Fry everything golden yellow on both sides and serve with ketchup if you want.
