Ingredients

  • 0.25 liter ¼ whipped cream
  • 180 ml egg liqueur
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 3 sheets gelatin

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, stir the egg yolks with icing sugar until frothy. In a separate bowl, whip the whipped cream until stiff and add to the egg yolk with the egg liqueur.
  2. Soak 3 sheets of gelatine in cold water, then warm up a little and dissolve. Mix with the egg liqueur cream.
  3. Fill into small dessert bowls and refrigerate until ready to eat.
