Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C convection or 200 ° C top and bottom heat.
  2. For the dough, stir the eggs and sugar until frothy. Stir in sour cream, flour, butter and baking powder. Spread the dough on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  3. After baking, let the dough cool down. Cut out round hedgehogs with a drinking glass. Use the remnants of the dough as crumbs.
  4. For the cream, put the milkmaid jar and 200 g butter in a bowl and mix well.
  5. First dip the cut hedgehogs completely into the cream and let a little drip off, then roll them around properly in the crumbs. Let everything dry a little so that the hedgehogs soak up the cream.
