  • 1 part / s liqueur (peppermint liqueur)
  • 1 part / s schnapps (grain)

Instructions

  1. Take a large shot glass. Then pour the syrup into the glass first. Now you need a teaspoon to layer the Heligoland. You hold the teaspoon in the glass and let the peppermint liqueur slide slowly over the back of the spoon.
  2. Now you can watch the peppermint liqueur settle on the syrup. Then repeat the whole thing with the grain that comes as the third layer.
  3. The individual layers can be layered more or less depending on your taste. Then drink and mix in your mouth.
