  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 75 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead with your hands to form a smooth dough. Cover and let rest in a warm place until the volume has doubled.
  2. Shape the dough into a roll on a floured work surface and divide it into 8 evenly sized pieces. Shape each part into a ball and let it rest for 1 hour.
  3. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 20 minutes. Take out of the oven and serve lukewarm.
