Ingredients

  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, crushed
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ lemon juice
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives, chopped
  • some dill, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Take about 1 tablespoon of the herbs aside for decoration.
  2. Put the softened butter in a bowl. Add the crushed garlic, lemon juice, parsley, chives and dill and mix together. Season with salt and pepper and season to taste.
  3. Sprinkle with the herbs that have been taken aside before serving.
  4. Tastes very tasty with grilled food.
