Ingredients

  • 4 chicken legs
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 2 zucchini
  • 300 g shallot (s)
  • 1 bunch thyme, chopped
  • 3 sprigs rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the marinade into a sauce and season to taste.
  2. Wash the chicken legs, pat dry and spread on a baking sheet.
  3. Peel potatoes. Wash the zucchini and cut into large cubes. Peel the shallots and spread them with the potatoes and the zucchini cubes between the chicken legs on the tray.
  4. Brush with the marinade. Spread the thyme and rosemary on top.
  5. Cook in the oven at 180 ° C for approx. 1 hour.
