Ingredients
- 2 packs cream cheese with herbs
- 200 g sour cream
- 2 large cloves garlic
- some black pepper from the mill
- some milk or cream, if necessary

- Mix the herbal cream cheese and sour cream well with the whisk, depending on the type, you may have to add some cream or milk to make it creamier. Squeeze the garlic cloves and stir in with a little fresh pepper from the mill.
- It is best to prepare the dip shortly before grilling or eating, if it stands longer, the garlic will develop a certain spiciness. It tastes great with grilled meat or with a great summer salad on bread.
