Instructions

  1. Press the garlic clove through or cut it into small pieces, mix with the remaining ingredients, season - done!
  2. The herbs can be varied endlessly, depending on your taste or what fresh herbs the garden has to offer.
  3. Goes well with radishes, cucumber, carrots, kohlrabi as well as with baked or jacket potatoes or with grilled dishes.
