Ingredients

  • 250 g quark, 40%
  • 60 g oat cream cheese
  • 1 handful herbs, e.g., basil, rosemary, parsley, etc.
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt
  • Chilli oil or cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the herbs and remove the stems, then pat dry with kitchen paper. Peel and roughly cut a small clove of garlic. Put the herbs, garlic and some quark in a small moulinette and chop, then stir in the remaining quark and goat cheese. Season to taste with salt and a little chili oil or cayenne pepper.
