Instructions

1. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water. Add salt, fruit vinegar and flour. First mix all ingredients together on the lowest level with the dough hook, then stir on the highest level. Put the very liquid dough in a greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 200 ° C. The dough does not need to rise and the oven does not need to be preheated.
