Ingredients

  • 450 g cooked ham (ham), approx. 12 slices
  • 2 ½ dl cream, (half cream)
  • 4 tablespoon tomato puree
  • 1 tablespoon cognac
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees top and bottom heat
  2. Roll up the ham and place in an ovenproof dish.
  3. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and distribute the sauce evenly on the rolls. The rolls should be covered. If necessary, adjust the amount of sauce depending on the size of the mold.
  4. Put the mold in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 200 degrees and leave the mold in the oven for another 20 minutes. The sauce should thicken a bit, but shouldn`t boil down completely.
  5. Rice goes well with this.
