Ingredients

  • 250 g herrin fillet (s)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 200 g huntin sausae
  • 100 g salami
  • 125 g pickled cucumber (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 75 g Emmentaler
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 100 g meat sausae
  • 5 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs hard, then cut them into small pieces. Finely dice matjes and apple (if you like, you can peel the apple beforehand, I think it`s better with the peel). Pour some lemon juice over the apple to prevent it from turning brown. Finely dice the hunting sausage, salami, meat sausage, pickles and cheese. Peel the onion and garlic. Chop the onion and chives, crush the garlic.
  2. Put everything with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, stir well and leave to stand in the fridge overnight.
  3. Loosely stuffed sausages are enough - delicious!
