Ingredients
- 125 g mararine, or butter
- 100 g cheese, Harzer (hand cheese)
- 2 processed cheese corners
- 250 g quark
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- some caraway, ground or whole

- Melt margarine or butter. Cut the Harz cheese into small pieces and melt it in the fat, fold in the processed cheese and quark. Add baking soda and stir over low heat until the mixture is smooth. Sprinkle with caraway seeds to taste and serve lukewarm with strong farmhouse bread.
