Ingredients

  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 100 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 2 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 tablespoon nuts
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 1 handful fruits and berries, depending on the season
  • 1 tablespoon linseed oil

Instructions

  1. Put the oat flakes, flaxseed meal, sunflower seeds and nuts in a bowl and cover with almond milk. Place low-fat quark, peanut butter and linseed oil on top and decorate with fruits and berries according to the season.
  2. If necessary, stir before consumption and, if necessary, dilute with water or further dilute with almond milk.
