Instructions

  1. Beat the butter until foamy. Slowly pour in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Gradually add the eggs.
  2. Stir in flour, baking powder, nuts, cinnamon, cocoa spoon by spoon.
  3. Peel and grate the apples, pour rum over them and let stand for a short time. Carefully fold the apple mixture into the batter.
  4. Bake in a springform pan at 175 ° C for about 80 minutes.
