- 75 g butter
- 1 egg (s)
- 75 grams sugar
- 200 g flour
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 1 can pear (s)
- 1 egg (s)
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 lemon (juice it)
- 5 tablespoon oil
- 500 g quark
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 150 g powdered suar
- 4 egg whites
- 75 g powdered suar

- Knead the butter, sugar, egg, flour and baking powder into a dough. Put the dough in a springform pan and pull up one edge.
- Cut the drained pears into small pieces and distribute them on the dough.
- Mix the egg, egg yolk, custard powder, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, oil, quark, milk and powdered sugar together and pour over the pears.
- Bake at 180 ° C for about 90 minutes.
- Beat 4 egg whites with 75g powdered sugar until stiff and spread over the cake 5 minutes before the end of the baking time.
