  • 75 g powdered suar

Instructions

  1. Knead the butter, sugar, egg, flour and baking powder into a dough. Put the dough in a springform pan and pull up one edge.
  2. Cut the drained pears into small pieces and distribute them on the dough.
  3. Mix the egg, egg yolk, custard powder, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, oil, quark, milk and powdered sugar together and pour over the pears.
  4. Bake at 180 ° C for about 90 minutes.
  5. Beat 4 egg whites with 75g powdered sugar until stiff and spread over the cake 5 minutes before the end of the baking time.
  6. Allow to cool in the mold.
