Ingredients

  • 1 pumpkin (se) (Hokkaido)
  • 3 potato (s), waxy
  • 75 g ham, diced (Kat ham)
  • 1 glass mushrooms (e.g. chanterelles)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Instructions

  1. Halve the pumpkin and remove the seeds with a spoon. Then scrape the meat out of the pumpkin with a small ball cutter and place in a baking dish. Peel and chop the potatoes and add.
  2. Fry the ham and add it with the mushrooms. Season with pepper, oil, rosemary and thyme.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and bake the pumpkin for about 35 minutes.
