Instructions

  1. In order not to destroy the vitamins, I stir the sugar and citric acid in the water until it has dissolved. Then I add the elder blossoms and the lemon balm or mint.
  2. Now the bucket is covered and placed in a cool place (basement). Stir twice a day.
  3. On the third day, filter everything (first coarse, then fine) and fill into bottles.
  4. Tip:
  5. If you don`t have 400 g of lemon balm or mint, you can take less. You can also cut organic oranges or organic lemons into slices and add them.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
