  • 100 g ham, diced
  • 1 piece (s) pickled cucumber (s)
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the potatoes in a little oil in a small frying pan and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk the eggs and pour over the fried potatoes. Let stand until the egg mixture loosens from the bottom of the pan, then turn over. Let it stall again.
  3. Now fold over the farmer`s breakfast and push it to the edge of the pan so that the farmer`s breakfast takes up about half the pan, press down a little. After a short time, the farmer`s breakfast can be turned onto a plate.
  4. Now sprinkle with the diced ham and chives. Garnish with the pickled cucumber, tomato and sprig of parsley.
