- 200 g jacket potato (s), sliced
- oil
- 2 egg (s)
- 100 g ham, diced
- 1 piece (s) pickled cucumber (s)
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 1 tomato (s)
- parsley
- salt and pepper

- Brown the potatoes in a little oil in a small frying pan and season with salt and pepper.
- Whisk the eggs and pour over the fried potatoes. Let stand until the egg mixture loosens from the bottom of the pan, then turn over. Let it stall again.
- Now fold over the farmer`s breakfast and push it to the edge of the pan so that the farmer`s breakfast takes up about half the pan, press down a little. After a short time, the farmer`s breakfast can be turned onto a plate.
- Now sprinkle with the diced ham and chives. Garnish with the pickled cucumber, tomato and sprig of parsley.
