Ingredients
Pink salmon – 1 kg
Odorless vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 3 tbsp
Salt – 3 tbsp
Dill – 1-2 bunches
For the sauce:
Mustard – 0.5-1 teaspoon
Vinegar 9% – 1-2 sec. spoons
Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
Directions
Separate fish fillets – remove skin and bones.
Put the raw pink salmon fillet in a flat rectangular shape and grease thickly with vegetable oil.
Chop the dill.
Mix sugar, salt and finely chopped dill.
Sprinkle the mixture over the fish.
Cover with cling film and press down with a load. Refrigerate for 1-2 days.
Prepare the sauce. Mix one or two types of mustard, stir with vinegar and dilute with vegetable oil. Stir until smooth.
When the salmon ambassador is finished, cut the finished fillet into thin layers.
