Homemade Cheese Chips

A simple and tasty appetizer for any meal and for any occasion. Homemade cheese chips in just a couple of minutes! All you need is cheese, a grater, and a frying pan. The appetizer is not greasy, since oil is not used in the recipe for cheese chips.

Ingredients

Cheese – 100 g

Directions

  1. Rub the cheese on a fine grater.

    Heat a frying pan with a thick bottom over maximum heat.
  2. On a hot dry frying pan, spread the cheese chips evenly in a thin layer, slightly reduce the temperature. (Never turn the chips over right away!)
  3. When one side is browned, gently turn the chips over to the other side using a skewer or spatula. Then remove the cheese chips from the pan and cool.
    Homemade cheese chips can be eaten just like that or decorated with any dishes; Cheese chips are especially good with salads.
