Homemade Cheeseburger

Almost classic cheeseburger))) Delicious sandwich with minced beef cutlet and cheese, of course.

Servings: 5

Ingredients

  • Minced beef – 300 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Salt – 1-2 pinches
  • Ground black pepper – 1-2 pinches
  • Bread – 10 slices
  • Oil – 30 g
  • Cheese – 5 slices

Directions

  1. Mix the ground beef, egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix the minced meat thoroughly.
  3. Take a piece of minced meat (about the size of a table tennis ball) and shape it into a flat cake. It is more convenient to do this on a plate covered with foil.
  4. Preheat a non-stick pan (I have a grill pan). Put the cutlet into the pan. Fry it over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Then turn over and fry on the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. While the cutlet is fried, prepare the bread. Cut out circles from two pieces of bread with a glass or a mold.
  7. Spread butter on the bread and heat it in a skillet, covered.
  8. When the butter is melted, place the bread on a plate. Place ketchup on one piece.
  9. Put the prepared cutlet on top of the ketchup. Put a slice of cheese on the second slice.
  10. Fold the burger so that the pieces of bread are on the outside. Heat it in a pan to melt the cheese slightly.
