Homemade Cheeseburger Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine 300 g minced beef, 1 egg, 1-2 pinches of salt, and 1-2 pinches of ground black pepper.
  2. Mix the beef mixture thoroughly.
  3. Divide the mixture into 5 portions and shape each into a flat patty about the size of a table tennis ball on a foil-lined plate.
  4. Heat 30 g of oil in a non-stick or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Place a patty in the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Flip the patty and fry for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining 4 patties.
  7. Cut circles from the bread slices using a glass or mold to make 10 circles.
  8. Heat the same pan over medium heat, place the bread circles inside, cover, and heat for 1-2 minutes until lightly toasted.
  9. For each burger: place one toasted bread circle on a plate, top with a cooked patty, add a cheese slice, then top with another toasted bread circle.
  10. Return the assembled burger to the pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts slightly.
  11. Repeat steps 9-10 with the remaining 4 burgers.

Enjoy your meal!
